Glady

From brand system to product coherence.

A visual system designed to stay recognisable and useful across a growing employee-benefits ecosystem — from product surfaces to the communications people live with every day.

CONTEXT / ROLE / CONSTRAINT

The problem behind the surface.

01 / CONTEXT

After a year within the design team, I was entrusted with redefining Glady’s image across an employee-benefits ecosystem spanning communication, a manager space, a mobile application and internal touchpoints.

02 / CONSTRAINT

The system had to bring pleasure and warmth back into the brand without discarding its foundations, while remaining practical for many formats, audiences and teams.

03 / MY CONTRIBUTION

I shaped the visual direction, typographic and colour system, illustrations, guidelines and reusable templates, then carried the same logic into product-facing surfaces, onboarding and internal communication.

01 / PRODUCT ECOSYSTEM

One identity, tested by different levels of utility.

The public website, manager space and mobile application do not have the same density or audience. The question was whether the system could stay recognisable while letting each surface remain useful first.

Glady public website using the visual system
01

The public story uses colour and illustration to make a dense offer easier to enter.

Glady manager dashboard
02

The manager space keeps the identity present while information hierarchy stays dominant.

Glady mobile application screens
03

Mobile carries the same visual cues into a smaller, task-led interface.

Glady reusable product communication carousel
04

A repeatable carousel connects product explanation with the wider communication system.

The visual language becomes credible when it survives a dashboard, a mobile task and a product explanation — not only a campaign image.

KEY DECISIONS

Clarity came from choosing what the system should do.

  1. 01

    Use colour as structure

A rich, sunlit palette made the brand more human and recognisable while giving teams a flexible way to organise many content types.

  2. 02

    Pair expression with utility

The system separates expressive moments from denser functional surfaces, so personality does not compete with product use.

  3. 03

    Standardise before scaling

Shared illustration modules and templates connect manager, mobile, marketing and internal surfaces instead of treating them as separate campaigns.

WHAT THIS MAKES VISIBLE

One visual logic connecting product, brand, internal communication and collective moments — while remaining usable by different teams.
